Mechanism for Departmental Teaching Adm inistration

The funding purpose and educational objectives of our department follow the government’s tourism development policy and relate to the integration of industry and government officials. With the professional opinions of masters from all parties in the study and research, the curriculum plan is properly created to strengthen the employability of students in the workplace.

In terms of investment in educational resources, the quality and quantity of professional teachers in this department have improved significantly. To improve, provide students with more oriented courses. At the same time, a number of professional classrooms are also planned for practical courses, teaching research and supplementary examinations. In order to enable the curriculum planning and design to meet the requirements of core competence, the department regularly invites relevant experts and scholars to review the curriculum planning and design and the teaching outline proposed by the instructor, and regularly review and improve it.

In order to improve the quality of the curriculum, equipment, teaching and guidance within the department, as shown in Figure 1 below, a variety of assessment mechanisms are used, including teacher evaluation, questionnaires, self-evaluation.
