Department of professional classrooms

In order to cultivate a full range of tourism and catering management talents, in addition to basic management professional courses, this department also gives students the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the practical environment during course learning. To this end, the department has six professional demonstration classrooms, which provide teaching demonstrations for tourism, cooking and beverages, and hotel meals.

1. Chinese food and baking cooking class

Chinese cooking and baking food production teaching, training and examination for Chinese cooking and baking food C Grade-level license, which is also a Grade C-certificate for bakery foods, which is a test-and-evaluation test site.
